Soft on the palate, yet luscious and silky with intense flavors. The structure is typical of Merlot from the vineyards of Zichron Yaakov. The tannins are firm, yet the fruit is revealed in burst and waves.
Their French trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aroma and sensory from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This Merlot was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
