An unusual white dry-style Pinot Noir from free-run juice, the wine presents a good firm structure. A perfect match for strong Indian and Asian spiced dishes. Also fantastic with a spiced duck leg, dishes with acidic sauces, roasted vegetables and soft cheeses.

The single non-local vineyard, Hanspeter is super stoked by the site, which is a half-hour away on the lower hills of the Black Forest, on limestone layered with iron-rich clay, in a strikingly high elevation of almost 2,000 feet.

Smell of honey, and ripe grapes. Taste of sweet, red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. Highly concentrated sweetness and harmonic acidity. Serve as an appetizer or with chocolate cake, ice-cream or sweet biscuits.
