This wine has a beautiful clear, straw color in the glass. The nose greets you with citrus lemon, grapefruit, and slightly tropical kiwi aromas. The citrus continues in the mouth with yeasty Champagne notes and just a hint of mineral tones midpalate. It has a crisp, clean, refreshing finish—a perfect accompaniment to food or as a delightful aperitif.
The fruit is whole cluster pressed to tank then cold settled for 3 days. Clean juice is inoculated in tank but finishes the reaction in barrels. The fermentation lees are stirred for 6-8 weeks inbarrel. The wine is transferred to tank for fining, filtering then bottling.
