Waldman & Sons Wine Cellar Le Soreq Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red 2011

A deeply colored red dry wine of great richness and finesse with layers of dry plum and cherries, supported by a well-balanced acid. Oak aged for six months.

Kosher. Produced and bottled by Dionysos-Mereni, built in 1959 and located in the Mereniy-Noy village, 15.5 miles from Chishinau in Central Moldova. Situated in the heart of Europe, Moldova is a beautiful country blessed with fertile lands, hilly landscapes, and moderate climate. All these features are ideal for the production of wines with elegance, flavor, and balance. Using a hands-only approach (without the use of machinery), they start from the care of and end with the harvesting of grapes. This is required by their manufacturing technology in order to create the best wines. Finally, the last role in the plant is given only to experienced winemakers. Dionysos-Mereni uses the combination of wine industry advances from different countries and modern, hi-tech equipment. The Le Soreq line is a collaboration between Waldman & Sons Wine Cellar and Dionyson-Mereni.
