100% Nero d'Avola. Produced and bottled by Cantine Francesco Minini, established in 1920 by Mr. Francesco Minini. He was a young soldier who came back from the First World War with little money, but had a great determination to start a wine business in a rural economy and a poor market—born out of his great love and passion for his homeland of Italy. At the heart of the Cantine Minini's philosophy was maintaining tight links to the land through the ongoing development of new cooperative projects with growers throughout the main production areas of Italy. The business now sources new wines from unique, often ancient vineyards. They combine new winemaking technologies with the rediscovery of traditional Italian techniques.
