Appearance is deep and dark ruby red. Nose dominated by red fruit like cherry and prune. Spicy and grilled notes give complexity : provencal herbs as garrigue and thyme, pine resin and toasted cacao. On the palate the Grenache gives the smoothness that the tannins need. The finish shows flavors even more smoky and spicy, with a truffle note
