Made from 85% Sangiovese and 15% Canaiolo Nero grapes, all estate grown. Aged 18 months in French and Slavonian oak.
An elegant wine with excellent structure. Ruby red in color, it offers a rich bouquet of ripe wild berries and toasted notes. This wine is lush and full flavored with velvety, polished tannins. This Vino Nobile pairs nicely with hearty foods, such as pastas with rich marinara sauces, grilled red meats (like lamb soubise), game, roasts (like rotisserie-roasted chicken), grilled polenta, or aged cheeses.
