The Proprietors' Reserve Chardonnay is the quintessential California chardonnay. It was crafted from Trinitas' favorite lots within the 2010 Chardonnay vintage and blended to create this distinctive wine. This wine was 100% barrel fermented, sur-lie aged, and has completed 100% malolactic fermentation. The 2010 vintage displays classic citrus aromas of lemon zest and its velvety finish leaves a layer of creamy butter, vanilla, and toast. Pair the Proprietors' Reserve Chardonnay with roasted rosemary chicken in lemon beurre blanc sauce.
