Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2010 is made up of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 15% Shiraz grapes. This medium to full bodied wine possesses a wide spectrum of aromas. Aged for 18 months in wooden barrels from the Allier forest in France, infuses the wine with intensity and elegance.

The Titora Winery was founded in 2008 in Kfar Ruth. The winery is located opposite Givat HaTitora, which towers over the northeastern side of the city of Modi'in. Titora Winery is a boutique winery, created from love of wine and a vision for the Land of Israel. The winery receives its grapes from a local vineyard in Kfar Ruth. Since 2011 the winery has also brought in grapes from a vineyard on the summit of the Judean hills, 850 meters above sea level. The Titora Winery creates quality wine from three main grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz.
