This wine is fresh and elegant, it evokes white fruits and white flowers. In the mouth, it is mineral and balanced, with a rather intense finish on the rifle stone.
Installed since 1984 in the commune of Vergisson in the Maconnais in southern Burgundy, we currently exploit 9 ha of which 6 ha in Pouilly-Fuisse, 3 ha in the appellation Macon. The grape variety for our white wines is: Chardonnay, the King of Burgundy grape variety that is perfectly expressed on our clay-limestone soils.
