The Crusher Viognier 2013

The 2013 Crusher Viognier is a wonderfully aromatic wine showcasing apricot, citrus, and subtle, integrated floral notes. On the palate, this inviting wine displays peach, pear, custard, and honey flavors along with tones reminiscent of a mouthwatering fruit salad. This fun, refreshing wine has a creamy mouthfeel and smooth finish. This viognier works well with spicy dishes, such as curry or spicy stir fry. Grilled fish or chicken topped with fruit salsa would also pair beautifully with this wine. 100% Viognier. Vinted and bottled by Don Sebastiani & Sons. The Crusher wines are a testament to an enduring partnership between the winemaking tradition of the Sebastiani family and the Wilsons, a respected grape-growing family with deep roots in Clarksburg, California. Fittingly named for the point in the winemaking process where the fruit of one family's labors literally gives way to those of the other, The Crusher wines highlight the vibrancy and beauty of the fruit produced in the up-and-coming Clarksburg appellation.
