This wine was produced in the tradition of White Burgundies. Fermented and aged in 6 small French oak barrels and allowed to sit on the lees until bottling. The firm citrus qualities of the natural acids lend well to oak aging. Classic aromas of melon, pineapple and vanilla prepare the mid-palate for rich citrus flavors. The finish is clean and refreshingly long.
