Teperberg 1870 Winery Terra Malbec 2012
Malbec (Cot Noir) | Israel
Malbec is a variety of purple grape of which the finest Argentinean wines are created. The Malbec variety originates from Bordeaux, France and thereatfter was spread around the world. The maturing of the wine in French oak barrels for 12 months enriches the complexity of the wine. This full-bodied Terra wine is characterized by its intense deep color infused with the flavors of forest fruit.
100% Malbec. Wine has been an essential part of the Teperberg family for generations. Abraham Teperberg was first drawn to the art of winemaking in 1852 in Jerusalem. Today, over 150 years later, the fifth generation builds on the family's distinguished heritage, producing exceptionally fine wines from their estate in Israel.
