Napareuli is produced from saperavi grapes grown on the northern bank of the Alazani River, noted for its excellent location. It's a medium ruby red, with a bouquet of strawberry and spice and a subtle hint of vanilla oak. On the palate it has a smooth, mellow texture with plenty of berry fruit, liquorice notes, and subtle oak. Matches with grilled meat, game, or medium-aged cheese. Serve at 61–65 degrees F.

100% Saperavi. In the middle of Alazani Valley, lies Kakheti's largest and most important city, Telavi. Just outside the city is where Telavi Wine Cellar was founded in 1915. For nearly a century, Telavi has blended innovation with a sense of history, keeping faithful to the noble traditions of Kakhetian winemaking, while adapting to modern methods to produce wines that would please the most refined and discerning global palate.
