Tabor Winery Adama Merlot 2012
The Upper Galilee Merlot grapes provide the wine with a complexity which combines spicy aromas of Mediterranean herbs in a velvety, elegant body, typical to the variety. This medium to full-bodied wine has soft tannins and a long, complex finish, giving it hints of berries, plums, and wood. It can be enjoyed now, but will also cellar nicely.
Tabor Winery is situated in the heart of the fertile Galilee. Their vineyards and winery lay in the foothills of Mt. Tabor. This unique location provides an ideal climate for growing grapes, as well as different soil types. These factors, and their highly skilled and dedicated team, help to make Tabor's wines special; wines that exhibit the natural grape aromas and flavors. A bottle of Tabor will always enhance your gatherings and special moments. In 2010, high-quality Merlot grapes grown in the Upper Galilee's basalt soil were harvested. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
