Sweet Minita Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
This Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby-red in color, with aromas of raspberry, blueberry, and cassis set off by traces of black pepper, caramel, tobacco, and chocolate. In the mouth it is a well-balanced wine, with soft tannins leading to a long, persistent finish with notes of red fruits and vanilla. The wines were kept in French barrels for eight months before being bottled. Serve at 61–64 degrees F.
