Preston crafts Widow Jane Whiskey Distilled from a Rye Mash: Oak and Applewood Aged by aging his newly-distilled rye in former bourbon barrels, with added staves made of oak and applewood.

One of their most limited production items, Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye continues the legacy of America’s first whiskey variety (rye) from America’s first whiskey company (Michter’s, originally known as Shenk’s).

This whiskey is distilled from malted grain and mash corn, on Honshu Island, before resting in oak barrels. It has floral aromas with caramel and spice notes, as well as a palate consisting of generous oak and cooked fruit. It finishes with a hint of smokiness.

Tomoe Gozen, the most feared female samurai in Japanese history, was just as as ruthless as she was beautiful. Legend says that she led as many as 1,000 soldiers on the battlefield, being a top military leader in the 13th century. Her weapon of choice was a long curved blade called a naginata, and a short dagger called a kaiken.

Japanese Whisky- 40.0% ABV. A premium blend of whiskies, aged up to 12 years in barrel with a minimum malt whisky content of 40%. Light in style with a rich backbone of malt whisky character.

Chocolate shines through first on the nose, with oak, vanilla pudding, and spice. The palate showcases chocolate malt balls and more spicy oak, along with cornbread, and spearmint.

FUYU means "winter" in Japanese. Fuyu Mizunara is a three year old blend made up of 50% malt and 50% grain. This whisky is matured in American white oak barrels, with a six month finishing period in Mizunara barrels.
