The revived Glendronach Revival: a whisky whose original incarnation was so popular that we drank all of it. It's back with a new recipe thanks to master blender Rachel Barrie, combining both oloroso and PX casks into a rich sherry-monster that's packed with spice and fruit. We don't think it's going to disappear of the shelves again, but when it comes to Glendronach 15 Year Old, we always recommend stocking up.
This uncommonly exquisite 25 year old liquid is a non-chill filtered marriage of sherried, oaky flavors from second fill European Oak Oloroso sherry casks with sweet vanilla notes from American white oak bourbon barrels, bottled at casks strength. Laphroiag 25 Year Old is one of the most unique of all malt whiskies. The exceptional character of this expression makes this a whisky truly worth savoring.
The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old is a vibrant single malt finished in casks that previously held wine from the French Charentes vineyards. First Cask: 16 years of maturation in American Oak casks. Second Cask: Finishing in Pineau casks.
Peat smoke has long drifted through our history. In years gone by, peat featured heavily in distilling traditions and our records show Glenturret using peat dug from Octhertye Estate in the early 1800s. We are in the rare position of producing peated and non-peated spirit at different times of the year from the same small stills. This has allowed us to craft this mellow, sweet, smoky 10 years old single malt that shows its character off to the full at a strength of 50%.
A new addition to the Glengoyne core range, this single malt bottling has spent a quarter of a century maturing in first-fill European oak sherry casks kept in traditional dunnage-style warehouses.
Part of Glen Moray's core range comes this tasty 21 Year Old Portwood expression. The single malt spent much of its maturation in bourbon casks, before it was transferred to Port casks for a finishing period. The fruity Speysider was bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration.
