Chocolate shines through first on the nose, with oak, vanilla pudding, and spice. The palate showcases chocolate malt balls and more spicy oak, along with cornbread, and spearmint.

Another special release of barrel strength small batch product from the famous Jim Beam distilleries in Clermont and Boston, Kentucky. Booker's was originally conceived by Booker Noe, Jim Beam's Grandson, and originally released in 1988.

This bourbon is made exclusively from New York State whole grain, water, and yeast. Albanys first distillery since Prohibition. Proud to be the first to bring the tradition of distilling back to New York's capital.
