Temperance Trader Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This is a “High Rye” Bourbon with more than 51% Corn and less than 10%. A minimum of 4 year old barrels are blended into every batch. A bright, amber hue, with mildly sweet and smoky aromas with a hint of fruit and butterscotch on the nose. On the palate, soft, warm and slightly sweet with a distinct note of rye. Warm, with a mild spiciness, on the finish.

Bull Run Distilling Company’s Temperance Trader line was born out of the desire to bring “other” amazing spirits to market — spirits that they didn’t craft, but which they were fortunate enough to find. In the case of Temperance Trader Straight Bourbon Whiskey it was love at first sip. In fact, they loved this Whiskey so much they acquired all they could. While their Temperance Trader Bourbon was conceived in Bourbon Country, it was born in God’s Country. That makes Temperance Trader Bourbon an Oregon original.
