Paradigm Rye is for us emblematic of the trifecta arts of distilling, blending & finishing. A marriage of hand-selected straight ryes from NY, KY, and IN, finished with our unique mineral water from the legendary Rosedale mines, the Paradigm is our signature (rye) whiskey, round, creamy, spicy, and impossibly complex.

A blend of High West's signature straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, finished in The Prisoner Red Blend wine barrels. On the nose, cherry blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead and toasted cedar chips.

Made from the finest American and Canadian grains, this beautiful spirit was specially designed to honor Samuel Bronfman - builder of the Seagrams empire. This drink is of the highest quality and includes only the finest ingredients.

High West High Country American Single Malt Whiskey is a limited-release, top-secret blend of 100% copper pot-distilled malt whiskeys. A tribute to the famed single malts of Scotland, yet a truly American single malt whiskey that embodies the pioneering spirit of the West, this craft whiskey is made completely from High West's own-make distillate.

This right here is an extraordinarily snazzy expression from Woodford Reserve bourbon, which has been allowed a three-year-long finishing period in XO Cognac casks! This allows plenty of time for the Cognac casks to impart a wealth of rich fruit and mature oak notes to the top quality whiskey.

The first ever Rye Whiskey of the Parker’s Heritage Collection, the 13th edition consists of 75 specialty barrels that were charred for a full minute and a half, as opposed to our traditional 40 seconds.

The most aggressive of the bunch, with the wood playing a dominant role. Toffee, rummy molasses, roasted nuts, barrel char, leather, tobacco, and a wisp of smoke.

The first release of Big Moustache produced 580 cases from 14 hand selected barrels. The mash build is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. A long fermentation of 3 days makes our whiskey unique. The freshly distilled, unaged whiskey is filtered over sugar maple charcoal before going into new American oak barrels.

Jack Daniel’s 10 Year Tennessee Whiskey is the iconic brand’s first 10 year aged-stated whiskey in more than 100 years. According to Master Distiller Chris Fletcher, the limited edition release was composed of a little over 200 barrels for the inaugural release this year.

The First 100% WhistlePig Farm to Bottle Whiskey. Made entirely with Rye grain harvested on our Vermont Farm. Distilled and proofed with water from our well. Aged 4+years in local Vermont Estate oak barrels.

Woodford Reserve has announced the Winter 2021 Master’s Collection release: Woodford Reserve Five-Malt Stouted Mash. A fermented grain mash is traditionally called “distiller’s beer.”
