Rum

Inspired by the vibrancy of Jamaica, its land and the joyful nature of its people, 8 year old reserve is our most versatile expression of aged rum, revealing aromas of spicy fruit and oak, followed by hints of honey, vanilla and our signature orange peel note.

Its light taste and unique balance meant that it could be mixed with light flavors such as mint and lime without dominating nor disappearing in them. The result was a new style of light, clean,crisp and refreshing cocktails such as the Original Mojito and Daiquiri.

Ron Barcelo Anejo rum is hedonistic aged Caribbean rum. Ron Barcelo Anejo Rum is reminiscent of Toffee, pickling spices and lanolin on the nose. A smooth entry leads to a well rounded, slightly fruity dry medium-bodied palate with roasted nut, dark caramel and vanilla bean. Ending with a delicious buttered nut, spice, caramel fade.

Aromatically generous notes of vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon on the nose. Really smooth on the palate, tobacco, cedar and apple pie persist on the palate. The oak flavors are very well integrated in the profile of this rum.

A blend of rums aged in oak and perfect for sipping. The nose holds mature scents of walnuts, nutmeg, orange peel and vanilla, leading into a palate of buttery, creamy brown sugar. Finishes bittersweet.

The nose is perfumed and complex with candied citrus fruits and roasted, tannic flavors. The palate is powerful, with a great aromatic richness. Almost explosive with cooked pear, citrus fruits, cinnamon, and pepper.
