Cognac

This cognac has a deep golden color with amber shades. A complex bouquet with aromas of citrus, peach, sandal wood and light leather notes. The taste is round and well-balanced with silk tannins.

Produced exclusively from our vineyard in the Domaine du Foucaudat located in Juillac Le Coq, a family property found in the heart of the Grande Champagne, 1er Cru of the Cognac region.

This is a cognac aged in a cask with a specific toasting and wood preparation consisting in various processes including hot steaming the wood to prepare the grain before the charring.
