Intense colour with purple hues. The aromas of violet and Mediterranean herbs complement the delicate chocolate and toasted notes from the subtle maturation in oak. An elegant mouth, of fresh notes combined with round and sweet tannins. In perfect balance with natural acidity, the finish is kind and persistent.

In October, with the first colds, the harvest comes. A thorough work, cared of to detail. Only the best grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Inside the winery, the pass of time ferments the fruit, deposited in small tanks. The wine later matures in barrels and large ceramic amphorae. A serene process has place, always depending on the time lapses of nature, marked by the gestures and manners that tradition has left us. The ultimate goal is to give to the wine the nuances of the landscape, so it can fully express its origin.
