Very light amber-green color. It boasts a tropical fuit and peach aroma. The palate echoes yellow apples and sweet pineapple. A medium-bodied wine with a pleasant and well-balanced finish. It is best paired with fish tartar, grilled fish, pasta with olive-oil based sauces, or sauteed vegetables. Serve chilled.
Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of ancient vineyards in the Land of Israel. This wine was made exclusively with chardonnay grapes, fermented and then aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Barrel fermentation gave the wine an elegant texture on the mid palate while having a pleasant and sophisticated mineral acidity.
