Lemon, honey, peach, apricot and floral aromas are followed by a palate of honey, citrus, and white pepper. The finish is citrusy with grapefruit peel notes. Pairs well with Thai food, Indian curries, and Caribbean jerk chicken, fish, pork and shrimp.
