Sandeman Sherry Character Medium Dry Amontillado

A traditionally made amontillado which has been slightly rouned with pedro ximenez and aged in oak casks. As an aperitif, Character is excellent served chilled. The off-dry character maks it a natural match to pate or smoked fish.

95% Palomino Fino, 5% Pedro Ximenez. Produced and bottled for the House of Sandeman by Zoilo Ruiz-Mateos, which is the sole and exclusive producer of Sandeman's sherry wines. Established by George Sandeman in 1790, Sandeman has been shipping fine portos all over the world for more than 200 years.
