This Crozes typically shows classic syrah aromas, vivid red and dark fruit scents, violet, anise and cracked pepper. Supple raspberry and dark cherry flavors are supported by gentle minerality and firmed by dusty tannins. Has silky texture and a long finish. Goes well with roasts, red meat, pizza, lamb, grilled meats, beef, BBQ.
