Pascal Prunier-Bonheur Beaune Les Prevoles 2005
Round and ripe red fruit aromas with hints of spice dominate the nose. Full, round and chewy on the palate, structured yet remaining elegant with a long, dark fruited finish scented by a faint whiff of smoke.
The vineyard of Les Prevoles lies away from the main road but beneath the premiers crus, just to the south of the town of Beaune. It consistently produces good wines, and this vintage is certainly no exception.
