This wine is bright laser beam of citrus fruit and mineral flavors. Pure and refreshing, a wonderful compliment to goat cheese, salads, sushi and sauteed fish dishes.

Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. This Aged Grape Brandy is made with hand selected Organic Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Shumi winery's own 40-year-old vineyard located in the micro-zone Napareuli in Kakheti region of Republic of Georgia.

Ruby red with violet highlights. Hints of delicate red fruits and cherries. The taste is smooth, soft, and harmonious with soft tannins.

Grassy, slightly stalky apple and nectarine aromas feed into a fresh, citrusy palate that brings a mix of white stone-fruit flavors as well as green citrus. A solid, lasting finish is dry and fresh.

Made with organic grapes.
Style: Medium body.
Notes: Typically fruity, with touches of morello cherry.
On the palate it is warm and lingering.

Made from grapes cultivated without usage of chemical product nor synthetical fertilizers, it’s produced from a vinification kept separate from other processes. A sparkling Prosecco with a persistent perlage, it merges delicate fragrances of acacia blossoms and strong tastes of golden apple, pineapple and orange.
