All red grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed, and gravity fed into cuve, harvest usually begins around September 10th and ends at the beginning of October, vinification lasts approximately 45 days, fermentation, maceration, and pressing of the skins, aging of the wines can last up to 18 months. 100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards within the Willamette Valley. The majority of the blend is from Finnigan Hill Vineyard - a higher elevation site in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Other vineyard sources include Claygate Vineyard in Ribbon Ridge AVA, Johan Vineyard in Van Duzer Corridor AVA, as well as Roshni and Cassin Vineyards in McMinnville AVA.
