Mony Vineyard Classic Kikar Hashabbos 2010
The Mony Kikar Hashabbos was fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for three months. Medium-red in color, this wine shows fruity aromas, and has a mid-bodied palate with berry and herb flavors evocative of its Judean Hills terroir.
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah. Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers, Dr. Mony Artool. Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of a high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery. The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This wine blend is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard.
