Mony Vineyard Classic Ein Gedi 2010
This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for three months. Medium red in color, this wine shows rich, fruity aromas and has a mid-bodied palate with dark plum and citrus finish.
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Argman. Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers, Dr. Mony Artool. Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of a high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery. The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This wine is produced from grapes grown on Mony's estate vineyard.
