Magnificent light amber color. The bouquet is fine, bright, and saturated with aromas of tea rose, honey, and orange peel. The taste is elegant, tender, and noble with distinct citrus touch.
The Massandra Winery was founded by Tsar Nicholas II in 1894 in the outskirts of the town of Yalta of the Crimean Black Sea Coast to supply these fine wines to the Imperial family. The unique wine White Muscat of Red Stone is produced from the White Muscat grape variety, grown in the sunlit vineyards around Red Stone Rock above the resort of Gurzuf. The grapes are harvested when natural grape content reaches no less than 29%. Young wine is aged for two years in oak casks in the Massandra cellars.
