Lioco Estero Chardonnay 2014
Aromas of honeysuckle, lemon oil, and chamomile. On the palate there are flavors of lime, peach pit, and nectarine. Recommended to pair with dover sole, salt cured anchovies, or pork cutlet. LIOCO is the result of a years-long conversation between Matt Licklider (a seasoned wine import specialist) and Kevin O'Connor (former wine director at Michelin Two-Star Spago-Beverly Hills) about whether California could produce a true "wine of origin." After gathering opinion on the subject from some of the world's great wine producers, we arrived at our conclusion: California can achieve a wine of origin, provided certain protocols are adhered to--both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Due to restrictive state laws and regulations, we are prohibited to ship to the following states: Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pensylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
For the states of Louisiana and New Hampshire, we are planning to obtain permits to be able to ship to these states.
Every effort is made to display accurate vintages (the year the grapes were harvested) on our wines, however some vintages may not have been updated. You have the option to either allow or decline a vintage substitution if we do not have the listed vintage in stock.
