In founding Casa Lapostolle, Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle continues a unique family legacy of fine wine and liqueur production—for six generations her family has produced the world-renowned Grand Marnier liqueur. In 1994, she chose the pristine vineyards of Chile (in the town of Cunaco, right next to Santa Cruz) as the birthplace for Lapostolle. With a traditional, Chilean-hacienda style, it has a production capacity of 3,3500,000 liters in stainless steel and French oak tanks, and more than 3,500 French oak barrels.
