The 2008 Estate Sauvignon Blanc name comes from the Lillie Vineyard, a five-acre block named for Victorian actress Lillie Langtry
Farmed for low crop loads and high quality in restrictive soils, the sauvignon blanc produces very small berries, providing complex and concentrated fruit without the grassy components derived from more vigorous sites. These vines typically bring forth wine with abundant grapefruit, fig and floral aromatics, melony flavors, rich textures, and a clean, lively finish.
