La Croix de Carbonnieux 2006
La Croix Carbonnieux offers a red dress supported. The bouquet is fruity floral fragrance with roasted black fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, tight tannins, sensation of biting into a fruit with water spirits, and a long spicy finish.
Chateau Carbonnieux is located just a few miles from Bordeaux. This beautiful castle overlooks one of the largest vineyards in the Graves region. The Estate's seven centuries of history have often been quite dramatic. Carbonnieux is one of the leading Graves Chateaux that justified the creation of the Prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation. This property is one of the oldest in Graves. The original château was constructed around 1380 during the "Hundred Years War" and consequently its architecture is drawn along castellated lines.
