Preston crafts Widow Jane Whiskey Distilled from a Rye Mash: Oak and Applewood Aged by aging his newly-distilled rye in former bourbon barrels, with added staves made of oak and applewood.

A marriage of hand-selected straight ryes from NY, KY, and IN, finished with our unique mineral water from the legendary Rosedale mines, the Paradigm is our signature (rye) whiskey, round, creamy, spicy, and impossibly complex.

This classic American grain does wonderful things in fruity cocktails. With a surprising banana nose, this white whiskey continues to amaze with hints of dried fruits and a touch of cantaloupe. It has a refined entry and satisfying finish, not unlike a really good date.
