For Peraj Petita, Capcanes selects the best grapes from their indigenous varieties - Garnacha, Samso, and Ull de Llebre - which are harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains.
Clean. Pale yellow with golden tones, Shiny. Clean with medium strength in the nose. Very fine and fruity. Well balanced in the mouth. Tasteful, with proper sweetness, very mild and fresh. Excellent with persistent loosenig of bubbles.
Gran Palas is a tribute to the decade in which we started making cava. Winemakers since 1920, we have created this collection in honor of our beginnings. It is made with grapes of the three native varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, harvested by hand in the Penedès area.
