Preston crafts Widow Jane Whiskey Distilled from a Rye Mash: Oak and Applewood Aged by aging his newly-distilled rye in former bourbon barrels, with added staves made of oak and applewood.

45.5% - Over a number of growing seasons, they developed their own unique varietal of corn, and baptized it ‘Baby Jane.’ This unique corn has depth, sweetness and a creamy spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different.

The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren't we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly original source and their time in our Rick House in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with flavor & alcohol strength.

Old Williamsburg 4 Year Bourbon is a testament to the time-honored bourbon-making traditions of Kentucky. This straight bourbon, carefully distilled and aged for four years, embodies the essence of American craftsmanship.

This is the fourth annual release for Widow Jane and its The Vaults series which features its oldest and rarest whiskey. The 2022 release is made with a blend of straight bourbons aged a minimum of 14 years and as old as 19 years.

Bourbon Rabbi 2-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is a bold and high-proof Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, crafted with meticulous care. Bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV), it offers rich caramel, oak, and spice notes with a smooth yet powerful finish.

BourbonRabbi 2-Year Honey Single Barrel Bourbon is a handcrafted, small-batch bourbon aged to perfection in Kentucky. Infused with subtle honey notes, it delivers a smooth, rich flavor profile that delights bourbon enthusiasts.

This classic American grain does wonderful things in fruity cocktails. With a surprising banana nose, this white whiskey continues to amaze with hints of dried fruits and a touch of cantaloupe. It has a refined entry and satisfying finish, not unlike a really good date.
