Chateau Holden is an exceptional wine that has been in production since the 16th century. Its soil is mostly gravelly, with a mix of clayey limestone and Oligocene marls. On the nose, it has delectable aromas of vanilla, redcurrants, juicy blackberries, violets, and a hint of Madagascar pepper.

Château Bruni is a Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification Traditional maceration (21 days) allows to reveal all the fruity and tannic potential in the grapes which have been picked at an optimum ripeness.

This distinguished 100% Malbec showcases a rich garnet hue and seduces with ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and velvety cocoa aromas. Its velvety texture caresses the palate, revealing succulent black fruits, black pepper, and a hint of vanilla.

Clément-Pichon offers blackcurrant and raspberry aromas on the nose, quite pure and airy, well defined if not overly complex. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit laced with graphite and tobacco, well knit with an elegant finish.

Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
