Very complex with an explosion of ripe black cherries and small black berries; very spicy, white pepper, chocolate and tobacco. The vinification process happems after a second grape quality control, 20 days of maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C with soft extraction process and frequent punch-downs. Aged for 11 months in French barriques and tonneaux of first and second use.
