Today, Gvaot grows the smallest possible clusters, concentrating their color and flavor.
Herodion Vineyard Dance is produced from grapes harvested from vineyards planted on the eastern slopes of the central hills in the Shomron, 2,296-2,953 feet above sea level. The wine is characterized by aromas of black fruit and spices, followed by notes of coffee and roast. It boasts a rich and long-lasting flavor. The wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Under proper storage conditions, it will continue to improve in bottle for the next few years. The wine was bottled unfiltered and this limited series consists of 6,000 bottles.
