Our Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc captures great varietal character with bright acidity accompanied by aromas and flavors of lemon, lime, melon and fresh cut grass along with hints of vanilla and cream.
Sauvignon Blanc grapes were whole cluster pressed to eliminate bitterness and maximize fresh fruit characters. The juice was then settled before fermentation to produce a softer, more elegant mouthfeel. A portion of the wine was sur lies aged in American oak to add layers of complexity after fermentation.
