Flam Winery Classico Non-Mevushal 2021

This Classico wine is made from grapes grown in the "Mata" vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged for 10 months in French & American oak barrels. Clean and intense, with complex hints of Mediterranean spices, vanilla, and cherries. Best with full-flavored dishes such as roasts, grilled meats, cold cuts, Mediterranean dishes, or strong cheese.

63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. The vision of Flam winery was born in Tuscany in 1996. While on a fascinating tour amongst the splendid wineries of this enchanting region, Gilad & Golan Flam decided to build a boutique winery in Israel, which would be surrounded by superb vineyards and would be the source of the best possible Israeli wines. In 1998, this dream became a reality when Golan & Gilad established the winery in the Judean Hills.
