Produced and bottled by Nosio S.p.A., founded in 1994 as part of Gruppo Mezzacorona and located at Cantina Rotari. Nosio was initially formed to sell and promote Rotari Talento Metodo Classico sparkling wine. Today, it also oversees the bottling, distribution, and promotion of the group's brands in Italy and 50 other countries worldwide. With two estates located along the southern coast of Sicily, Feudo Arancio and Villa Albius, each Nosio facility possesses its own unique architecture. Cantina Rotari has architecture that perfectly integrates and reflects its surrounding vineyards and environment, from its wave-shaped roof with pergola trellising to its top-tier technology. Fuedo Arancio mixes the traditional with state-of-the-art, from its Sicilian baglio (rustic villa) style to small stainless-steel tanks and cutting-edge machinery. Finally, Villa Albius is an agricultural estate that dates back to the 17th century, once owned by famous Italian noble families who used it as a summer residence.
