Elsa Bianchi Chardonnay 2006
Chardonnay | Argentina
Fragrant sweet pear, Meyer lemon, white peach and tropical fruit make the bouquet irresistible. The same elegance and delicate balance follow through on the palate which combines crispness and softness with a hint of vanilla.
Valentin Bianch, an Italian immigrant realized his dream of founding a winery in his adopted country of Argentina in 1928. He handed the winery down to his sons Alcides Jose and Enzo Arnaldo and their brother-in-law, Aurelio Stradella in 1950. His grandsons Valentin Eduardo, Ricardo Stradella and Alejandro Ruben run the Mendoza property today under the wise guidance of their fathers.
