Elio Altare Arborina Langhe 2005
Vinificated with the maceration process on the skins for approx. 3/4 days in rotary fermentors with temperature control, ageing in new French barriques for 18 months.
Tastes fresh, with aromas of little red fruits, raspberry, ribes, equilibrated and persistant. Gives intense balsamic to the nose, aromas of little red fruits. Goes great with red meats, soft to medium aged cheese.
