The Manciat's are among the few remaining vignerons in the region to continue harvesting by hand, allowing them to press whole clusters of fruit to extract maximum flavors. This Pouilly-Fuisse is fermented and aged in barrels from new to 3 years old.
This wine is vibrant, with a full, ripe palate of orchard fruits and vanilla toast with a long crisp and balanced finish. We have worked with Claude and Simone for over 25 years now, and are proud to bring you these elegant and classic white Burgundies.
